What do the garage condos cost?

Pricing depends on unit size, mezzanine configuration, view orientation, and availability. Current garage condos are offered at 1,335sq-ft, 1,750sq-ft and 2,000sq-ft, with Founders pricing and remaining inventory shared on request.

What are the COA or monthly fees?

Estimated COA fees are approximately $300 per month. Final dues may vary by unit and operating requirements, and will be confirmed as ownership documents are finalized. COA fees are anticipated to building insurance, water & sewer, fire suppression, snow removal, landscaping, security and a maintenance reserve.

What is included with each garage?

Each garage is deeded real estate with a private restroom, mezzanine, climate control, fire suppression, floor drainage, 150A power, LED lighting, 14’ x 12’ overhead door, 24/7 access, and a high-spec interior finish. Garage buyers get priority access to the on-site auto maintenance and detailing facilities, logistics concierge and asset management.

What is the completion timeline?

Timeline details are shared with buyers during inquiry and reservation. The EVESO team will outline current milestones, expected delivery windows, and what happens between reservation, groundbreaking, and completion.

Is financing available?
