Climate-controlled, professionally managed storage costs more and adds security, fire suppression and hands-on care. For collectors storing long term, owning a deeded private garage at EVESO (Founders pricing from $595,000) turns an ongoing storage cost into real estate. Managed storage pricing is shared on inquiry, based on your vehicle, timing and length of stay.
A storage unit is rented space with limited access, power and climate control. An EVESO garage condo is deeded, titled real estate you own, with heating and cooling, a private restroom, mezzanine, 150-amp power, fire suppression and 24/7 access, supported by an on-site team for maintenance, detailing and logistics. It is built to be used and enjoyed, not just to park in.
Fill the tank with fresh fuel and add a stabilizer. Change the oil and make sure the coolant is rated for sub-zero temperatures. Connect a battery tender. Set tires to the correct pressure and use tire cradles to prevent flat spots. Wash, dry and protect the paint, clean the interior and block rodent entry points. Then store the car indoors in a secure, climate-controlled space under a breathable cover. EVESO's seasonal preparation service handles every step and reverses it in spring, so your car comes back detailed, charged and ready to drive.

Each garage includes 17-foot or 21-foot ceiling heights, an integrated mezzanine, private restroom, 14x12 overhead door and man door, finished floors, Level 4 interior wall finish, LED lighting, 150-amp power, heating and cooling, floor drainage, water and sewer connections, fire suppression, gated RFID, camera and mobile access, 24/7 owner access and secure concrete construction.
Yes. Every garage is deeded, titled real estate. Estimated COA fees are approximately $300 per month, covering building insurance, water and sewer, fire suppression, snow removal, landscaping, security and a maintenance reserve. Final dues will be confirmed as ownership documents are finalized.

Our on-site auto shop offers routine servicing, seasonal preparation, professional detailing through to full paint correction, ceramic coating and paint protection film (PPF). Work is reserved for EVESO owners and members, with no public access, so you avoid the long lead times common at other shops in the region.
No. Garage ownership gives you access to the wider EVESO ecosystem but does not require a membership. Managed storage, vehicle services and memberships are available separately, subject to capacity and approval.
