A new ‘private automotive estate and members’ club’ has been announced in the United States, with EVESO Bozeman set to open in Montana’s Gallatin Valley. The development combines private garage ownership with on-site servicing, storage and vehicle management facilities, aimed at collectors with multiple cars or seasonal residences.
Structured around individually owned garage units within a secure site, each unit will be supported by on-sitea service centre, detailing facilities, 24-hour security and logistics support. The intention is to centralise storage and maintenance, allowing cars to be prepared and managed without the owner needing to be present.

The project reflects a growing trend towards integrated storage and service facilities in key lifestyle locations, particularly in North America, where collectors often base cars across several properties. In this context, EVESO positions itself as both a technical facility and a base for owners using cars in the surrounding region.
Founder Alex Waters draws on more than two decades in the automotive industry. ‘EVESO Bozeman is the natural intersection of everything I’ve experienced and enjoyed in my life – motorsport, engineering, and a deep love for the great outdoors,’ he said. ‘This is not about storage, it’s about stewardship, experience, and building a place where people and their vehicles are cared for at the highest possible level.’
Private garage ownership is now being offered to founding members ahead of the site’s opening, with a limited number of deeded units available. Pricing and opening timelines remain undisclosed.
